We make every effort to vigorously defend our reputation and protect our trademarks; when appropriate, we take legal action against infringement, and we protect our intellectual property through patent, trademark and copyright registrations in many countries. Tart Optical cannot grant any warranty for counterfeit products, and will not repair or replace any such items.
